The Implementation

We began by mapping the existing coupon process across marketing, IT, and store management. From there, we designed and developed a custom store portal inside HubSpot, giving marketers the ability to generate, distribute, and track coupons without developer involvement. Built-in automation handled coupon validation, expiration, and reporting.

Next, we connected HubSpot with Salesforce and Spiral, ensuring customer and coupon data flowed in real time. This unified model gave the team a single source of truth for segmentation and campaign measurement.

Automated workflows were configured to personalise email campaigns based on lifecycle stages and customer behaviour—enhancing targeting and engagement. Finally, we ran enablement sessions with the marketing team, ensuring they could launch campaigns independently and confidently from day one.
