Mayde Homes is a residential construction brand based in Australia, launched under the Glenvill Homes group.

As a new division targeting first-time and budget-conscious buyers, Mayde Homes needed to enter the market with a streamlined, digital-first sales approach. The challenge was not just launching a new brand, but doing so with a structured, scalable sales engine that could support growth from day one without adding operational complexity.

  1. A fully customised Sales Hub Professional pipeline was designed to reflect Mayde’s qualification process, including required fields, dropdown logic, and data capture for budget, build type, and customer preferences.
Automated lead capture and routing

  1. Website forms were converted into HubSpot-native forms, enabling automated deal creation and instant lead assignment based on predefined criteria. This removed manual handling and ensured immediate follow-up.

  1. We implemented a 12-day automated sales sequence combining email, SMS, task creation, and call reminders. This created a repeatable, structured approach to lead nurturing and conversion.

The Implementation

The project began with a focused discovery phase, where sales processes, qualification criteria, and reporting requirements were mapped in detail. From there, we configured a new business unit within HubSpot and built out a tailored sales pipeline aligned to Mayde’s customer journey.

Form infrastructure was redesigned using HubSpot-native forms, enabling seamless data capture and triggering automated workflows for deal creation and lead assignment. Automation logic was implemented to ensure leads were routed correctly based on key inputs, removing the need for manual intervention.

We then developed a branded email template aligned with Glenvill’s identity while establishing Mayde’s distinct presence. Sales sequences were configured to standardise follow-up activity across channels, ensuring consistency from initial enquiry through to conversion.

The project concluded with onboarding and enablement, including live training sessions, recorded walkthroughs, and hands-on support to ensure the sales team could confidently adopt the system from day one.
