How to configure realestate.com.au with Real Estate Syncer

Follow the steps below to get leads to flow from realestate.com.au to your HubSpot portal

The process below lets realestate.com.au (REA) know that they need to send any new leads to us for processing. Don't worry you will also keep getting email alerts from REA as well.

IMPORTANT: If you have multiple Agency ID's with REA you go through this process with each one. 


Option 1: How to connect your CRM for Leads & Reporting in Ignite

Before you begin, you must have an active agreement with your third-party provider and 'Manage Agency' permissions in Ignite. You must also be logged into Ignite to activate your new CRM.

To set up your integration:

  1. Click 'Manage' in the left side panel.
  2. Select 'Data and Integrations'.
  3. Click the '+ Add Integration' button.
  4. Choose your workplace from the list if you have more than one.
  5. Search for and select "ENGAGING.IO" from the partner list.
  6. Select the data you want to share, 'Leads' & 'Campaign Reporting'.
  7. Review the integration details on the summary screen.
  8. Click 'Confirm' to complete the setup.

We can now begin accessing the data you have approved.

Option 2: Manual approval via REA support

Please only follow these steps if option 1 does not work. 

  1. Submit a "change of listing uploader (XML)" request in your Agent Admin account. View the REA guide here.

  2. IMPORTANT: When completing the form "Engaging.io" will be an option to select under "Who is your new provider (optional)". Note this is not optional please ensure this is selected. This lets REA know that you want leads sent to us for processing.

    1. Take note of the Agency ID you submitted
    2. Repeat steps 1 - 3 for all your Agencies
    3. Submit this form here to us with all the Agency ID's you submitted. 

    One REA has completed their part we will be directly notified when the ID's are ready for us to connect and will complete the integration. You will then start to see leads flowing from REA to your HubSpot account
