HubSpot form spam submissions

HubSpot will filter Real Estate Syncer form submits as spam. Here is how to resolve this on your HubSpot portal

HubSpot recently started to filter form submits and labelling them as spam when coming from unknown sources. If you can not see REA and Domain contacts being created please follow the following steps to release the form submissions. 

You will need to add the following domain re-syncer.com to your tracked domains. Once you have done this all the form submissions will be automatically released. 

1. In your HubSpot portal go to: Settings > Tracking Code > Advanced Tracking (Tab)
   
2. Under the section "Additional site domains" add re-syncer.com as a domain and click save.
   
   

And that's it. All the existing form submits from Re-Syncer will be released and be visible on contacts.
