## Whitelisting IP addresses for SendGrid API keys

## Follow the steps below to whitelist IP addresses in your SendGrid account.

### **1. Access IP Access Management**

1. Log in to your SendGrid account.
   
   Go to **Settings → IP Access Management**.

### **2. Check if the IP Allow List is Enabled**

- If IP Access Management is enabled, you will see a table showing the list of allowed IP addresses.

- If it is **not enabled**, there will be no allowed IP list. In that case, the issue is **unrelated** **to IP restrictions**, and it must be troubleshooted separately.

**Ignore the steps below if it is, and inform us back for further investigations

### **3. Add New IP Addresses**

1. If you see the allowed IP table, click the **Add IP Address** button.
2. An panel will open.

3. Scroll down and click **Manually add IPs**.

4. Copy and paste the following IP addresses into the input field: 182.160.155.177

5. Click **Add IPs** to save the changes.

### **4. Verify MailSync API Connection**

Once the IPs are added, try adding the MailSync API Key again and check if it works.
