Advisor Logic HubSpot Integration

How does the HubSpot to Advisor Logic integration work?
We’ve created a HubSpot application that can connect to your Advisor Logic instance and synchronise key data points directly to HubSpot.
The HubSpot to Advisor Logic integration can:
- Sync Contact details (email, name, phone numbers plus much more)
- Sync Partner details (Partners get created as separate contacts in HubSpot and then are associated back to the primary contact)
- Sync Custom Objects (our integration can split out other records from Advisor Logic and create them as custom objects in HubSpot, which can then be used to trigger HubSpot Automations)
- Be accessed via a HubSpot CRM extension (any data that does not sync to HubSpot can still be accessed via the CRM extension, which is great for HubSpot users who want to quickly view additional data points on their clients without having to log into Advisor Logic)
Data Security:
The integration is also customisable for specific uses. Any Personally Identifiable Information (PII) can be anonymised and used for campaign triggers, this keeps sensitive data segregated but still usable for marketing teams. For example, you won’t have to worry about a marketing user accidentally exporting PII and risk it falling into the wrong hands.
